Getting the coffee going!  Putting the final touches on last-minute tasks as we get ready to greet our delegates.  Here they come!

Delegates Arrive at Kingdom Hall

The bus bringing the delegates will be arriving and we begin our greetings/coffee and large Diamond Valley welcome!

9:15 am - 10:00 am

Field Service Arrangement

An extended service arrangement during which delegates will find their seats with individual service packs prepared for them. The program will include sample ministry presentations, as well as a video introducing our area—what you might see, our territory, our publishers, and the origins of the Diamond Valley Congregation.

Transporting Delegates to Hosting Location

This portion of the program will be slightly staggered as we wait for all car groups to return to the venue. Some groups may take longer than others depending on their assigned territories. In the meantime, please feel free to encourage delegates to explore and take photos while they wait.

"Taste of Alberta" Appetizer

Premade appetizer offering our delegates a small taste of Alberta wild game, to enjoy while we visit and await the main course.

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Meal by Diamond Valley Congregation

Meal provided by local Brothers and Sisters.  Background dinner music provided by local Brothers and Sisters

2:00 pm - 2:15 pm

This is a prearranged presentation by our Diamond Valley children.

2:15 pm - 3:00 pm

Round-Table MC Directed Introductions

Delegates will be invited to share their names, where they are from, and how long they have been in the truth.

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Dance Demo and Lessons 

A prearranged group will demonstrate a few dances, after which delegates—and anyone else who wishes—are warmly invited to join in and learn.

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Association and "Stations"

Our scheduled activities will conclude, and we will round out the evening with warm association and a variety of games and activity stations that you are free to enjoy at your own pace.

The bus will be arriving at the venue to transport delegates back to their hotels, leaving at 6:00 pm
